* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ted Brookhart
Celina native Ted A. Brookhart, 50, of Columbiana, died Nov. 22, 2008, at his home. A cause of death is pending.
He was born Oct. 29, 1958, in Celina, to Marion L. and Irene Bomholt Brookhart. His mother survives in Columbiana.
Other survivors are two sisters, Lori (Bill) Bailey and Julie (Wayne) Kinard, all of Columbiana; two brothers, Gary (Barb), Aurora, and Ron (Paulette), West Chester; and a special friend, Mary Waggle, Columbiana.
He worked as a sales and service manager for 20 years at Photogenic Machine, Boardman, was a sales representative for Albums Inc., and most recently employed as maintenance manager at Whispering Pines Village, Columbiana. A 1977 graduate of Columbiana High School, he was an assistant coach for the Leetonia boys basketball team and the Columbiana boys and girls basketball teams. He was a member of First United Methodist Church and treasurer of the Sons of the American Legion, both of Columbiana.
Services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Colombiana, the Rev. Charles Ready officiating. Burial is at Columbiana Cemetery.
Calling is 6-9 p.m. today and after noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
