CELINA - The Mercer County Commissioners on Tuesday approved the annexation of 31.391 acres in Granville Township into the Village of St. Henry, potentially opening up the area for commercial and/or industrial development.

COLDWATER - Coldwater Board of Education members on Tuesday approved a more than $1.5 million contract with Prodigy Building Solutions LLC for much-needed infrastructure work that is underway and set to be completed next summer.

The Ohio Department of Development today announced $1.4 million in grants to upgrade water infrastructure and support neighborhood growth in six communities across the state, about $50,000 of which is set for Auglaize County.
