* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Janet Hoge
Janet K. Hoge, 84, formerly of New Knoxville, Ohio, and a resident of Vancrest Nursing Home in Saint Marys, died 7:45 P.M. Sunday, September 6, 2026, at Vancrest. She was born October 20, 1941, in Celina, Ohio, the daughter of Norman and Leona (Aufderhaar) Hoge.
She was a 1959 graduate of New Knoxville High School. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys, where she was a member of the church choir. She was retired from Hoge Brush Company, where she was a bookkeeper for many years.
She was a member of the Saint Marys Business and Professional Womens' Club; New Knoxville Historical Society and a member of the former Saint Marys Venture Club.
Private funeral rites were held Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys. Burial rites were held at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Memorial gifts may be given to the donor's choice in memory of Janet.
