* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Erma Hurd
Erma Jean Hurd, 87, of Saint Marys, lost her battle with breast cancer, Friday, March 23, 2018, at the Saint Marys Living Center.
She was born March 9, 1931, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William and Carrie (Mallory) Timmons. She married Charles A. Hurd, Jr. on September 22, 1951, and he preceded her in death on December 14, 1996.
Erma is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Johnson of Piqua, Ohio; a son, Charles Hurd, of Geneva, Ohio; and two granddaughters: Kimberly Johnson of Celina and Jennifer (Vance) Waldron of Celina.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles; by an infant daughter, and two granddaughters, LaTasha Marie Johnson and Nicole Marie Johnson.
Erma was a 1949 graduate of Oakwood High School in Huntsville, Alabama, and she attended Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. She retired from Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in Saint Marys, where she had worked for 27 years as a patient account clerk.
She was a charter member of the Saint Marys Women's Business Professionals; a member of the former Pleasant Hour Club in Saint Marys, and a member of Walnut Grove United Methodist Church in Saint Marys. Erma loved spending time with her family and friends, gardening and traveling.
Erma will be remembered for her friendly personality and kindness to others.
Private family funeral rites will be held at a later date.
