St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Alberta Hackemoeller

Alberta R. Hackemoeller age 85 of Minster, Ohio passed away on December 30, 2017 at JTDMH, St. Marys.

She was born on August 11, 1932 in Minster, Ohio to the late Edward & Rosalia (Bertke) Heitkamp. August 22, 1953 in St. John Catholic Church, Maria Stein she married David J. Hackemoeller and he survives in Minster.

She is also survived by children: Debra & Robert Schmiesing, Anna, Dale & June Hackemoeller, Minster, Diane & Robert Flaute, Botkins, Kendra & Jeffrey Seger, Fort Loramie, Kristie & John Huston, Sidney, Kim & Terry Thornsberry, New Bremen, 22 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 2 brothers: Dennis & Rita Heitkamp, New Bremen and David Heitkamp, Coldwater, sister-in-law Rosie Heitkamp.

She was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren and 2 brothers Lloyd & Norbert and 4 sisters Irene Ruschau, Alvera Schoenlein, Velma Bruns and Junita Steinbrunner.

Alberta was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Catholic Ladies of Columbia, Schoenstatt Mothers Group and was a housekeeper for Priests for 13 years.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio, with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.

Friends may call at Hogenkamp Funeral Home Minster from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday January 3, and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Thursday, January 4.
