* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Catherine Paksi

Catherine Paksi, age 84, of Celina, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 at her residence.

She was born July 2, 1933 in Papa, Hungary, to the late Jozsef & Rozalia (Udvardy) Fliegler. Catherine's husband, Joseph Paksi, passed away May 4, 1988.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy Criswell of Celina, grandsons: Jesse (Meranda) Criswell, Joseph (Devin) Criswell and James Criswell, and great grandsons: Bentley & Colton Criswell.

Catherine was an outstanding cook, and enjoyed taking care of the kids. She was a member of St. Ann's Parish in Cleveland Heights, and had been the owner of a Hungarian language newspaper business in the Cleveland area.

A Private Memorial Mass will be held for her family, with burial to take place at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to State of the Heart Care.

Arrangements are being handled by W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at dickandsonshellwarthfh.com.
