* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Hudson
Thomas Allen Hudson, of Sparta, Michigan and formerly of St. Marys, was born on December 11, 1926 and died Tuesday, January 26, 2016, in Sparta.
Tom was a great husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, who always had a twinkle in his eye, a terrific sense of humor and a commitment to community service.
Tom was the son of Elra and Margaret Hudson. On June 20, 1948, Tom married Carolyn Schultz, and they were married for 65 years.
Tom and Carolyn had a son, Eric (Rick), who survives Tom along with his wife Anne Harrigan and his granddaughter, Erin. Tom is also survived by his brother, Richard L. Hudson (Ann) of St. Marys, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife and his parents, along with his brothers Robert (Bob) and James (Jim).
Tom was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School, then entered the Army and while serving, attended the University of Dayton and Rutgers University, and then graduated from Indiana University.
After leaving the Army, Tom graduated from the School of Optometry at The Ohio State University. Tom returned to St. Marys and opened an optometry practice, which he opened in 1950 and operated until 1985.
Tom and Carolyn were longtime members of Zion Lutheran Church in St. Marys. Tom was an active member of the St. Marys Jaycees, St. Marys Rotary, Idlewild, the OFCC, the Shriners and a 32 degree Mason and a member of the Aug-Mer 32 Club. Tom was an avid fisherman, golfer, and bridge player.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 31, 2016, at Zion Lutheran Church in Saint Marys, Ohio, the Reverend Bill Maki, officiant.
Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral rites on Sunday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Marys Rotary Scholarship Fund - Four Year College Fund at the St. Marys Community Foundation.
Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Ohio, is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
