* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Hartman
Richard L. Hartman, age 65, of St. Henry, died on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at St. Rita's Hospital, Lima.
He was born on June 20, 1949 in Dayton to the late Lloyd & Julia (Saddler) Hartman. On October 22, 1988 he married Betty (Hissong) Hartman and she survives him in St. Henry.
He is survived by a daughter, Molly & Benjamin Shively of Union; Sister, Patricia Basilotto of Austin, Texas; and grandchildren, Jonathon Barker, and Benjamin & Sofie Shively.
He is preceded in death by daughter, Marianne Barker; and brother-in-law, John Basilotto. He was retired from StoneCo and enjoyed spending time at Eldora Speedway.
Richard donated his body to medical science.
Calling hours will be Saturday, January 30 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
