Annette Schrolucke
Annette C. Schrolucke, 89, of New Knoxville, died 3:38 A.M. Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
She was born December 11, 1936, in New Bremen, Ohio, the daughter of Howard and Carolyn (Hogenkamp) Hinze. She married Ralph Schrolucke on May 25, 1957, at the First Church of New Knoxville, and he preceded her in death on January 30, 2003.
She is survived by her children: Susan of New Knoxville; Jill of New Knoxville; Caryn (Joe) Niekamp of New Bremen; Mark (Beverly) Schrolucke of New Knoxville. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Sharon Minnich of Piqua and Mary Hinze of Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; her grandson, Nathan Schrolucke; great-granddaughter, Luka Schmiesing; her brother-in-law, Marvin Schrolucke; her sister-in-law, Lela Van Leuven; by her brother, Bill Hinze.
Annette was a 1954 graduate of New Knoxville High School. She attended Carnegie Tech in Cleveland, and worked at the People's Savings Bank in New Knoxville, and later at Fifth Third Bank, for 24 years. She was a member of the First Church of New Knoxville.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 18, 2025, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Joel Bucklin, officiant. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery in New Knoxville.
Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral rites on Sunday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to Grand Lake Hospice.
