Patricia "Pat" J. Boroff age 85, formerly of St. Marys, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at the Elmwood Assisted Living of New Bremen.

She was born the daughter of the late George H. and Bessi M. (Brigner) Heiby on September 16, 1940 in Ft. Recovery, Ohio.

She is survived by her son Brian (Anita) Boroff of New Bremen and two grandchildren Dillon (Ashley) Boroff of New Knoxville and Brice (Kaylie) Boroff of New Bremen, three great grandchildren Coralee, Grayson, and Callie Boroff. Also surviving are step-grandchildren: Andy McMurry of Scottsdale, Arizona, Carrie (Nathan) Manns of Kenton, Craig (Carrie) Stachler of St. Henry, Lee (Andrea) Stachler of St. Henry and Andrea (Eric) Homan of Maria Stein, fifteen step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Two sister-in-law Francis Kay Heiby, Marilyn Heiby both of Celina.

In addition to her parents and her former husband Victor Boroff, she is preceded in death by her brothers Jerry Heiby, Galeon Heiby, two infant brothers, an infant sister and her sister Wilma Jean Heiby.

Pat graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1958. She was formerly employed as the manager of the Hallmark in Celina. Then she worked as a teacher's aide for Mendon Schools. In 2005 she retired from Crown. She was a member of Celina Church of the Nazarene.

Pat enjoyed Bicycling with friends and rode hundreds of miles a year across the country. She had a passion for the outdoors camping, walking and gardening. Spending time with her family and her beloved grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan 16, 2026 at the Celina Church of the Nazarene, with Tim Heiby officiating. Burial will follow in the Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.

A visitation will be held for family and friends from 2:00p.m. until 7:00p.m. on Thursday, Jan 15, 2026 at the Lehman- Dzendzel Funeral Home and an hour before services at the Church on Thursday morning.
