* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Darlene Groeneveld
Darlene D. Groeneveld, age 86, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 9:53 a.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2018, at the St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born on September 11, 1932, in Humboldt, S.D. to the late Ernest and Gertrude (Hanisch) Hoefert. On March 23, 1952 she married Wilbur "Bill" E. Groeneveld, who died on March 7, 2008.
Darlene is survived by her children; Kathy (Dan) Snider, Cindy (Kim) Gibbons, Sandy Monbeck (Joe Bey), all of Celina and John (Renee) Groeneveld of Maryland Heights, MO., 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, her two sisters and brother-in-law Beverly (Clete) DeSmet of Larchwood, IA, Barbara Viet of Mitchell, S.D. and her sister-in-law Helen Hoefert of Sioux Falls, S.D.
She was preceded in death by her brother Ernie Hoefert.
Darlene was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina and The Round Robin Bridge Club. She was the Church secretary for several years. She loved to travel and enjoyed her gardening, reading a good book and solving a jig saw puzzle.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday January 3, 2019 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Vicar Dan Gutman and Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial will be, at the convenience of the family, in the North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
The family will receive friends from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday January 2, 2019 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning at the Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John Lutheran Church 1100 N. Main St. Celina, Ohio 45822.
