* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rebecca Cunningham
Rebecca J. Cunningham, 79, of rural Celina (Neptune), OH died 9:27 a.m. Friday December 28, 2018 at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born December 12, 1939 in Mercer Co., OH to Rudolph and Lela (Howell) Haas.
On December 31 1960 in Celina, OH she married James E. Cunningham, who died July 19, 2005.
Survivors include: daughter Jan (Emery Slone) Bruggeman of St. Marys, OH; son James (Carla) Cunningham of Celina, OH; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sister Judy (Marvin) McIntosh of Celina, OH; brother William (Sharon) Haas of Celina, OH; and sister Helen (Mike) Homan of St. Marys, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Rudolph and Lela Haas; husband James Cunningham; sister Phyllis Heiby; and sister Connie Hawk.
She was a graduate of Celina Senior High School (Class of 1957). She retired from Reynolds and Reynolds Corp. in Celina after many years of service.
Rebecca was known for her cooking and baking skills, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Rites are scheduled to begin 10:00 a.m. Wednesday January 2, 2019 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, in Celina.Visitation 2 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
