* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carson Stout
Carson James Stout, infant son of Eric & Britney (Osterholt) Stout of Troy, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at UC Medical Center, Cincinnati.
He was born May 16, 2017 at UC Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents, god parents, Nicole Osterholt and Garrett Stout, grandparents, Ron & Deb Osterholt of St. Henry, Jim & Linda Stout of St. Henry; aunts and uncles, Jordan Osterholt, Philip Osterholt, Michelle & Adam Webster, and Michael Stout, great-grandparents, Gabriela Giere of Coldwater, Paul & Virginia Osterholt of St. Henry, and Bob & Edna Stout of St. Henry and great-great-grandmother, Rita Franck of St. Henry.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Earl Giere, Roger & Irene Will and Helen Stout.
Private family services will be held.
Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
