* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ciera Gray
Ciera Kay Gray, 23, Celina, died suddenly on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, in the emergency department of Coldwater Community Hospital, Coldwater, Ohio.
She was born February 14, 1994, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Kyle Gray and Lisa Neace.
She is survived by her father, Kyle Gray of Celina; by her three year old daughter, Aniston Cole Gray of Celina; by her special friend, Cody Koesters of Celina. She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Connie Risch of Saint Marys; by her aunt Teresa (Scott) Bambauer of New Knoxville; by her uncles Donnie (Amy) Neace of New Knoxville; Scott Neace of Saint Marys; Kevin Gray of Celina; Richard Gray of Celina; aunt Renee (Mark) Smith of Elida; aunt Paula Gray of Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lisa Neace; by her grandparents.
Ciera was a 2012 graduate of Celina High School. She was attending Wright State University, and was employed at Zuma-Thru Shell in Montezuma.
Ciera loved caring for her young daughter, riding around in her dad's Dodge truck, cleaning and fishing. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, May 22, 2017, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, Father Kenneth Alt, celebrant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 2-8 P.M. Sunday, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to the House of Hope.
