* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bernice Stelzer
Bernice "Pat" Stelzer, age 78, of Coldwater, died Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Celina Manor, Celina.
She was born September 23, 1937 in Ft. Loramie to the late Henry & Florence (Hasselman) Quinter. On April 30, 1957 she married Thomas Stelzer, who survives in Coldwater.
She is survived by six children: Cheryl & Joe Niekamp of St. Henry, David & Linda Stelzer of Hebron, KY, Dean & Ellen Stelzer of Delaware, Doug & Tina Stelzer of Coldwater, Darin Stelzer of Coldwater, and Sandra & Doug Schulze of St. Henry; seventeen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, She is also survived by a brother: Elmer & Shirley Quinter of Adams, WI; and in-laws: Roger Bechdolt of St. Marys, Bonnie Stelzer of Celina, Alice Dirksen of Celina, Katherine Hedrick of Coldwater, Robert & Eileen Stelzer of Coldwater, Ken Stelzer of Olathe, KS, and Ralph & Nikki Stelzer of Celina.
She is preceded in death by siblings: Betty & Ferd Peak and Lavirn Quinter; and in-laws: Evelyn Bechdolt, Arnold Stelzer, Al Dirksen, Tom Hedrick, and Judy Stelzer.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and the St. Ann's Ladies Sodality. She was a licensed practical nurse, and worked in many aspects of the nursing field until she retired.
Pat enjoyed reading, gardening, playing cards, painting with oil paints, and spending time with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 2:00 pm Friday July 22, 2016 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 pm on Thursday and 12:30 to 1:30 pm Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Care or the Mercer County Council on Aging.
