* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lois Weitzel-Brown
Lois J. Weitzel-Brown, age 86, of Greenville, died Monday, July 18, 2016 at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center, Greenville.
She was born June 24, 1930 in Rockford to the late Alvin & Helen (Rutledge) August. On October 21, 1948 she married William Weitzel, and he died April 3, 1989. Lois then married Don Brown on August 1, 1996, and he survives in Greenville.
She is survived by four children: Sue & Ralph Wendel of Coldwater, Diane Henderson of Ansonia, Stephen Weitzel of Piqua, Randy Weitzel of New Orleans, LA; two step children: Jeff & Marcie Brown of Celina, Jorja & Russell Steiner of Dayton; eight grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and two step-great grandchildren. Lois is also survived by siblings: Sharon & Lavern Heitkamp of Chickasaw, Mavette & Ralph Collens of Van Wert, Alice & John Shepperd of Illinois, Ellen August of California, Ron & Lois August of Florida, Jim & Ruth August of Florida; and in-laws: Alice Hein of Cincinnati, Vivian Chaney of Greenville, Tom Brown of Tennessee, and Glenn Scott of Celina.
She is preceded in death by a sister Shirley Feasby, and in-laws Madonna Scott, Jack Chaney, Urban & Luella Wuebker, Kate & Willie Homan, Bob & Dorothy Weitzel, and Dennis Hein.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenville.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am Friday July 22, 2016 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 pm on Thursday and 9 to 10 am Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
