* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gilda Trobridge
Gilda F. Trobridge, 67, Van Wert and formerly of Fort Recovery, died at 1:55 p.m. April 18, 2016, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 3, 1948, in Floyd County, Ky., to Gillis and Edna Bailey Dennis, who are deceased. On Oct. 11, 1996, she married Ted Trobridge, who died Jan. 31, 2011.
Surviving are a son, Vincent (Lee) Brummette, Van Wert; step children, Jeff Trobridge, Union City, Kimberly Sheppard, Greenville, and Connie (Kris) Steinbrecher, Cincinnati; grandchildren, Cassey (Brent) Odenweller, Van Wert, Jacob (Sarah) Krick, Rockford, and Kevanna (Mike) Wagoner, Rockford; eight great-grandchildren; siblings, Kenny (Tammy) Dennis, Celina, Gary Howard of Celina, Carol (Gail) Zizelman of Celina, and Mona (Larry) Shinberry of Celina, and a brother-in-law, Rex (Rona) Trobridge, Costa Mesa, Calif.
Also deceased are a son, Darrell Brummette, and a brother, Kernal Howard.
She was a homemaker and factory worker with Huffy in Celina. She was an avid collector of Cherished Teddies. She loved to crochet and adored her dogs.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Ron Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
