* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Esther Hecht
Esther L. Hecht, 81, of Bonita Springs, FL, passed away on March 14, 2016.
She was born in Mercer County, OH on August 26, 1934.
Esther graduated from Celina High School. Esther worked a career with a printing company for Reynolds & Reynolds and with Bonita Bay Properties in FL.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys, OH and Christus Victor Lutheran Church and had a passion for sports, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Services will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens (525 111th Ave. N. Naples, FL 34108) on Thursday March 17th, 2016 at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christus Victor Lutheran Church (15600 Tamiami Trail N. Naples, FL 34110).
