* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ella McDonald
Ella V. McDonald, 83, Celina, passed away at 8:05 a.m. Feb. 25, 2015, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
She was born Nov. 29, 1931, in Hindman, Ky., Knott County, to A.B. and Minta (Calhoun) Blount Smith, who preceded her in death. On Feb. 25, 1956, she married William McDonald and they were together for 59 years. He survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a daughter, Teresa (Naaman) Hand Butler, Celina; a brother, James (Bev) Blount, Rockford; two sisters, Virginia Sturgill, Lima, and Jane Ayers, Celina; two brothers-in-law, Robert Yenser of Kentucky, and Charles Maier, Coldwater; two sisters-in-law, Carol McDonald, St. Marys, and Phyliss McDonald, Lima; a granddaughter, Minta Butler, Celina; a grandson, Matthew Butler, Celina; and many nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are a half sister, Martha Helen Yenser; a stepbrother, Jessie James Smith; a stepsister, Matilda Johnson; a sister-in-law, Mary Catherine McCorrmack; five brothers-in-law, James Sturgill, Robert Ayers, John A. McDonald, Ray McDonald and Lowell McDonald.
Ella was a 1952 graduate of Hindman High School, Hindman, Ky. She retired from GTE as a telephone operator and supervisor in 1985 after 30 years of service. She was a member of the Celina Church of Nazarene.
Funeral services are 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Celina Church of the Nazarene, the Rev. Chris Riffle officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Visitation hours are 4-7 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, 6921 state Route 703 E., Celina, and after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
