* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bernard Frahm
Bernard J.E. Frahm, 93, Celina, passed away at his residence at 8:05 p.m. Feb. 25, 2015.
He was born Jan. 27, 1922, in Mercer County, the son of Otto and Leona (Pierstorff) Frahm, who preceded him in death. On Nov. 29, 1952, he married Marjorie Gray and they were together for 62 years. She survives at the residence in Celina.
Also surviving are two sons, Terry (Martha) Frahm, Celina, and Randy Frahm, Celina; two grandsons, Adam (Lou Ann) Shively, Goshen, Ind., and Tyler Frahm, Celina; and a great-granddaughter, Clarica Joyce Shively.
Also deceased are two sisters, Lorraine Fleming and Marlene Suhr, and two brothers-in-law, Ivan Fleming and Joe Suhr.
Bernard was a 1946 graduate of Rockford High School. He served his country in the United States Army during the World War II era. He retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in 1987 after 30 years of service.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial is at State Line Cemetery.
