* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sister Norbertine Loshe
Sister Norbertine Loshe, 99, of the Sisters of St. Francis in Tiffin, died at 6:45 p.m. Jan. 3, 2015, at St. Francis Home.
She was born Oct. 3, 1915, in St. Anthony Parish, Padua, to Henry F. and Mary Ida Moeder Loshe.
Surviving are nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a sister, Mildred Dues, and four brothers, Aloys Loshe, Werner Loshe, the Rev. Norbert Loshe, C.PP.S., and Bernard Loshe.
She was from St. Anthony Parish in Fort Recovery. She joined the Franciscan Sisters of Tiffin on Aug. 12, 1936. On Aug. 22, 1938, she professed her first vows, and on Aug. 22, 1941, she professed her final vows.
She received her bachelor's degree in education in 1959 from Mary Manse College, Toledo. She served as principal at New Washington and spent 31 years teaching in elementary schools at Landeck, Fort Jennings, Edgerton, Reed, New Washington and St. Sebastian.
While remaining in Fort Jennings, she continued to use her classroom skills as the coordinator of elementary religious education at St. Joseph's Parish, Fort Jennings. Later she served as a pastoral presence in that parish. From 1996 until the time of her death she served as a minister of prayer for the congregation in Carthagena, Coldwater and Tiffin.
She was generally a quiet person, but she could speak for hours about her family genealogy. During her research, she delighted in finding a surprise relationship with a relative of one of the sisters. At the time of her 60th anniversary as a Sister of St. Francis, she expressed how grateful she was for the marvels that God has done and was doing in her life.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Convent Chapel, Tiffin. Burial will follow at St. Francis Convent cemetery.
Calling is 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Friday, at St. Francis Home Chapel, Tiffin, and 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Convent Chapel. A Christian wake service is 7 p.m. Friday at the Convent Chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of Traunero Funeral Home, Tiffin.
Memorials may be given to St. Francis Convent or St. Francis Home in care of the funeral home.
