* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Lenhart
Helen I. Lenhart, 86, Ada and formerly of Celina, died at 6:40 a.m. Jan. 4, 2015, at Willow Ridge, Bluffton.
She was born Jan. 18, 1928, in Lima, to Albert C. and Kathryn E. Hauenstien Huber. On Aug. 29, 1946, she married Everett W. Lenhart, who died June 8, 2004.
Surviving are two children, Michael (Bonnie) Lenhart, Celina, and Linda (Jay) Epley, Ada; four grandchildren, Laurie (Jim) Nagle of Michigan, Nicole (Todd) Hackworth, Dunkirk, Daniel (Amber Chapman) Lenhart, Celina, and Kellie (Steve) Moore, Piqua; three stepgrandchildren, Andrea (Mike Sullivan) Brown, Jennifer Rankin and Jessica Brown; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a great-grandson, Tyler Hackworth; a brother, Gene Huber; and a sister, Marjorie Link.
She worked as a teller and assisted in the loan department at Liberty National Bank from 1964 to 1975. She also worked at the IGA of Ada and the Charles Company Clothing, Ada.
She was a member of the Ada First United Methodist Church and was a member of Ada American Legion Post 185 Women's Auxiliary. She was a 1946 graduate of Ada High School.
Services are noon Thursday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, Pastor Mary Jo Yeakel officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada.
Calling is 11-noon Thursday at the funeral home.
