* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lisle Eichenauer
Lisle L. Eichenauer, 88, Celina, died at 5:50 a.m. Jan. 5, 2015, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford, where he was a patient the past three months.
He was born March 1, 1926, at his home place in Mercer County, to Roy and Ivy Albin Eichenauer. On Oct. 31, 1948, he married Dorothy L. Rhoades, who died Sept. 28, 1989.
Surviving are two children, Jerrold (Sue) Eichenauer, Celina, and Kathy (Mark) Mason, Huntington, Ind.; four grandchildren, Matt (Diana) Eichenauer, Amy (Scott) Steinbrunner, Bethany Mason and Andrew Mason; and four great-grandchildren, Logan Eichenauer, Hannah Eichenauer, Nicholas Steinbrunner and Brooke Steinbrunner.
Also deceased are a grandchild, Gabriel Mason; two brothers, Clifford and Kenneth Eichenauer; and a sister, Florence Wurster.
He graduated from Celina High School and was drafted into the U.S. Army. He was a farmer in Mercer County and also worked for 25 years in the carbon department at Reynolds & Reynolds, Celina. He also was a member of New Horizons Community Church, Rockford.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, Pastor Dave Souers officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to New Horizons Community Church, Rockford.
