* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norbert Sutter
Norbert W. Sutter, 86, Celina, died at 4:46 p.m. Aug. 20, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born May 16, 1928, in St. Peter, to Clarence and Regina Leugers Sutter.
Surviving are Dru Sutter; two daughters, Debb (Ed) Springer and Ellen (Carey) Welker, all of Celina; three brothers, Carl (Judy) Sutter, John (Vicki) Sutter, and Leroy (Judy) Sutter; five sisters, Joan Williams, Madonna Sattler, Carolyn (Bob) Kaylor, Jane (Roger) Eibling, and Mary (Bryan) Dupes; grandchildren, Danielle and Ken Elking, Damien and Brandy Kroft, Codey (Alicia Zacharias) Welker, Dusty and Lynsay Kroft, Deric (Sara Felver) Kroft, Jarrod and Heather Sutter, and Craig (Kylee Bader) Welker; 13 great-grandchildren, Chris and Brooke Elking, Clay, Cortland and Caliandra Elking, Zack, Chason and Makenzie Kroft, Hunter, Landen and Tanner Kroft, and Olivia and Kevin Sutter; and two great-great-grandchildren, Mahalie and Makinsley Elking.
Deceased are a son, Kevin Sutter; a granddaughter, Dawn Kroft; and a brother, Paul Sutter.
He was a retired truck driver and after retirement, delivered newspapers for The Daily Standard, Wapakoneta Daily News and Lima News. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Korean War.
Services are 6 p.m. today at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. James Sweigart officiating. Private family burial services will follow.
Calling is noon-6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the American Lung Association.
