* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Neva Everett
Neva E. Everett, 91, Celina, passed away Dec. 9, 2013, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born June 7, 1922, in Liberty Township, Mercer County, to Clyde W. and Murley Kincaid Laffin. On Aug. 25, 1945, she married Barney C. Everett, who died June 20, 1998.
Surviving are two daughters, Murlada Everett and Yolanda (Tim) Hone, both of Celina; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The last surviving member of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Russel, Orville and Dwight Laffin.
She was a homemaker, and during World War II she had worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys, and later at Celina Insurance Group.
For many years, she was a member of Celina Order of the Eastern Star 91 and had attended Mt. Carmel Church of God. She was a 1940 graduate of Celina High School.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Cathy Fox officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
