* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edna Black
Edna Black, 69, New Bremen, died Dec. 9, 2013, at Joint Township District Hospital, St. Marys, following a short battle with cancer.
She was born Jan. 27, 1944, in Pound, Va., to Virgil and Flora Tester Sturgill. On Aug. 23, 1964, she married Norman L. Black, who died July 24, 1997.
Surviving are three children, Lisa (Steve) Borger, Westerville, Michael (Trena) Black, New Knoxville, and Michele (Travis) Laughman, New Bremen; four cherished grandchildren, Ashley Borger, Melissa Borger and Alex Borger, all of Westerville, and Adrienne Laughman, New Bremen; one brother, Frank (Kathy) Sturgill, South Carolina, and three sisters, Marie Justice, Kentucky, Sharon Endicott, Virginia, and Vada Sturgill, Dayton.
Also deceased are three sisters.
She worked at Crown for many years and spent much of her life as a caregiver for others. She loved riding her bike and working in her yard, and will be remembered as a strong and loving mother, grandmother and friend.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to Grand Lake Hospice or to a local hospice organization.
