* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Selena Leist
Selena Leist, 94, Celina, died at 5:25 a.m. Sept. 13, 2013, at The Gardens, Celina.
She was born July 3, 1919, in Morgan County, Ky., to Harim and Phinetta Lykins Walters. On Aug. 30, 1942, she married the Rev. Earl Leist, who died Aug. 19, 1993.
Surviving are three sons, E. Randolph (Kathleen) Leist, West Chester, James W. (Sandra) Leist, Celina, and Kenneth G. (Julie) Leist, Graytown; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.
She was a retired surgical nurse, having worked for Grant Hospital, Columbus, and Findlay Hospital. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Elliston Zion United Methodist Church, Elliston, the Rev. Larry Keeler officiating.
Calling is 9:30-10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Memorial donations may be given to the Rev. Earl and Selena Leist Scholarship Fund or State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater.
Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, is handling arrangements.
