* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Justin Hamrick
Justin M. Hamrick, 25, of Rockford, died Aug. 25, 2013, in a car accident.
He was born in Lima on March 4, 1988, to Jack and Susan Hamrick of Rockford, who survive.
He graduated from Parkway High School in 2006 and was a student at Wright State University-Lake Campus. He loved children and was growing his hair long to donate to cancer victims - that was the kind of person he was - caring and empathetic.
Also surviving are a brother, Jeffrey Hamrick, a sister, Lori (Scott) Henry, and grandparents, Cecil and Mary Mayhle. He will be missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and three nieces.
Deceased are grandparents Arthur and Dorothy Hamrick.
Private services will be at the family's convenience.
