* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Anna Wappelhorst
Anna M. Wappelhorst, 84, Coldwater, died Sept. 3, 2013, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born July 16, 1929, in St. Marys, to Charles and Mary Anna Newland Burden. On Jan. 24, 1948, she married Carl R. Wappelhorst, who died Jan. 9, 2012.
Surviving are five children, Gary (Sherry) Wappelhorst of Fort Recovery, James (Linda) Wappelhorst of Alpena, Mich., Ernest Wappelhorst of Rome, Italy, Linda (Jim) Hawkins of Celina and Rita Barr of Chicago, Ill.; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two grandchildren; two brothers, Leo and William; and two sisters, Pearl and Bertha.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and was retired from the former Huffy Corp. in Celina.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Memorial donations may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
