* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Romer
Patricia A. Romer, 72, St. Henry, died April 11, 2013, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Feb. 23, 1941, in Yorkshire to Clemens and Mary Grieshop Hoelscher. On Aug. 7, 1962, she married Joseph J. Romer, who survives in St. Henry.
She is also survived by four daughters, Jill (Brad) Forsthoefel of Liberty Township, Patricia Romer (Richard Sergi) of Char-lottesville, Va., Gwen (Brady) McElhaney of Bluffton, Ind., and Leah (Jason) DeLuca of Pittsburgh, Pa.; 11 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Mildred Frilling of St. Henry, Julia Pleiman of Fort Loramie, Theresa Pleiman of Newport, Teckla (Lud) Hoying of Jackson Center, Richard Hoelscher of Osgood, Henry (Faye) Hoelscher of Tipton, Ind., Rosalee (Paul) Holdheide of Maria Stein, Margaret (Jim) Snider of Jackson Center and Joyce (Mike) Liette of Versailles; in-laws, Kathy Hoelscher of Yorkshire, Linda (Bob) Schwegman of Celina, Irene Kinkley of St. Marys, Barbara Romer of Lebanon, Anthony Kohnen of Dayton and Joan Romer of Memphis, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Victor Hoelscher and John Hoelscher, and in-laws, Patricia Hoelscher, Doris Hoelscher, Donald Frilling, Carl Pleiman, Elton Pleiman, Flora Kohnen, Elizabeth Siefred and Dan Romer.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and was retired from Mercer County Community Hospital, where she was a registered nurse for 22 years. She was devoted to her family and faith, loved to travel and enjoyed scrapbooking, painting and camping.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
