* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marie Monnin
Marie Monnin, 82, died suddenly April 8, 2013, in Dayton.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Howard Joseph Monnin.
Also surviving are a son, Steven (Jackie) Monnin; a daughter, Pamela (Alvin) Franck of Celina; grandchildren, Sarah and Elena Monnin, Laura Weis and Christopher Franck; great-grandchildren, Lorelei and Dalton Clifford; brother-in-law, Roger (Phyllis) Monnin; and sisters-in-law, Joan Honaker, Mary Borden, Doris Neace, Lois Franke and Dianna Hatton.
She was preceded in death by two bothers-in-law, Jerry and Ronnie Monnin.
Marie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and confidant and was so kind to everyone she loved and befriended. She was an active volunteer, giving of her time at the Kettering Government Center, art gallery and many other locations. She and her husband were avid travelers with a special fondness for Canada.
She loved University of Dayton basketball, the Cincinnati Reds and spending time at Town and Country Shopping Center. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Per her request, a private interment was held at David's Cemetery.
A memorial Mass will be held at St. Charles Catholic Church in Dayton in the near future.
