* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kirby Cummins
Kirby C. Cummins, 66, Spencerville, died at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 10, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 20, 1946, in Bellefontaine, to Norman V. and Eleanore J. Fay Cummins. On Oct. 2, 1970, he married Lynn D. Brown, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Kellie (Brett) Rider, Spencerville, Norman (Lisa) Cummins, Celina, Kandace (Shawn) Brown, St. Marys, Chad (Nicole) Cummins, Wapakoneta, and Kirby "K.C." (Cindy) Cummins, Minster; two sisters, Mary Ann (Mike) Rice, Waynesfield, and Belva Scherbert, Neenah, Wis.; a father and mother-in-law, Leo and LaDonna Brown, Spencerville; two sisters-in-law, Suzy (Rex) Schrolucke, Williamsburg, and Chris Bindle, Lima; a brother-in-law, Paul Fry, Roundhead; and 12 grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Everett Cummins; and a sister, Nedra Fry.
He graduated in 1964 from the Indian Lake High School and belonged to Trinity United Methodist Church, Spencerville. He was also a member of Spencerville VFW and American Legion men's auxiliaries. A retired machinist, he had worked at Clark Equipment, Lima, and at LeRoi/Dresser Corp. and N.K.P. Company, both in Sidney.
Funeral Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, the Revs. Jan Johnson and Rex Schrolucke officiating. Burial will follow at Spencerville Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and after 10:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Spencerville Swimming Pool Association.
