* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jean Siegrist
Jean R. Siegrist, 65, Coldwater, died at 5:39 p.m. Sept. 9, 2012, at OSF St. James Hospital, Pontiac, Ill.
She was born Jan. 12, 1947, in Osgood, to Alfred and Catherine Bills Bohman. On May 1, 1976, she married Roger Siegrist, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Todd Siegrist, Coldwater, and Joseph (Emily) Siegrist, Coldwater; three sisters, Alma Goettemoeller, St. Henry, Alfreda (Vince) Gross, Coldwater, and Mary Ann (Jerry) Hausfeld, Piqua; a brother, Louis (Joanne) Bohman, Osgood; a sister-in-law, Norma Bohman, Osgood; two brothers-in-law, Earl (Marlene) Siegrist, Coldwater, and Jerry Pleiman, Englewood; and two grandchildren.
Also deceased are two brothers, Paul and Harold Bohman, and a sister-in-law, Jeanette Pleiman.
She attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and worked as a 4-H advisor for 16 years. She had worked at Work Flow One, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, Fr. Richard Walling officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
