* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mark Brandewie
Mark A. Brandewie, 73, Minster, died at 3:34 p.m. Nov. 1, 2011, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
He was born Dec. 18, 1937, in Egypt, to Carl and Odelia Cron Brandewie. On Oct. 10, 1959, he married Sharon L. Bachman, who died Aug. 7, 2009.
Surviving are children, Jeff Brandewie, Jon (Sue) Brandewie, Jennifer Salm, and Jaime (Rob) Hemmelgarn, all of Minster; three brothers, Jerry Brandewie, North Star, Ken Brandewie, Sidney, and Tim Brandewie, Kansas; sister-in-law, Juanita Brandewie, Egypt; and 12 grandchildren.
Deceased are daughter, Joy Brandewie; a brother, Eugene Brandewie; and a sister-in-law, Joan Brandewie.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, the Minster Athletic Boosters, the Eagles Aerie, V.F.W. and American, all of Minster.
He served with the U.S. Army in the Korean Conflict.
He retired from Minster Machine and had worked at Precision Strip, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials may be made to the Minster Athletic Booster Club.
