* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

LeDoyle Figley
LeDoyle "Farmer" Figley, 103, Rockford, died at 8:30 p.m. Nov. 1, 2011, at the Laurels of Shane Hill.
He was born Aug. 25, 1908, near Rockford, to James and Goldie Hook Figley. On Oct. 22, 1930, he married Mabel Agnes Strickler, who died Dec. 11, 1996.
Surviving are three children, Dick (Janice) Figley, Rockford, Keith Figley, Rockford, and Jane Roebuck, Cridersville; seven grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are a son-in-law, Virgil Roebuck; a daughter-in-law, Sandy Figley; and a great-grandchild.
A long-time farmer, he was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church. He trained and showed Shetland ponies.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Chip Steffy officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, and one hour prior to services Saturday.
