* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donna Haines
Donna J. Haines, 80, St. Marys, died at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 2, 2011 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
She was born Jan. 18, 1931, in St. Marys, to Adrian "Hap" and Grace Langsdon Howell. On June 10, 1951, she married Richard Haines II, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Deborah (Dennis) Stienecker, St. Marys, Richard (Linda) Haines III, St. Marys; three sisters, Emily Leonhard, St. Marys, Gloria Spicer, St. Marys, Marilyn (Luke) Gibbens, St. Marys; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Ronald Howell.
She was a 1949 graduate of Memorial High School, and a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys. She had worked at Frigidaire Corporation in Dayton, and had been owner-operator of St. Marys Dari-Whip.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Jon Kraner officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 Saturday at the funeral home, where memorial donations may be made to Grand Lake Hospice.
