* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eunice Kohlreiser
Eunice Kohlreiser, 79, St. Marys, died at 7:45 a.m. Sept. 17, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She born May 13, 1932, in New Knoxville to Erbin and Luetta Piepmeyer Stienecker. On Aug. 11, 1951, she married Robert L. Kohlreiser Sr., who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are children, Marilyn (Larry) Mills and Mary (Mike) Zimmerman, all of St. Marys, and Robert Kohlreiser Jr., California; siblings, Nathan (Georgeann) Stienecker, Wapakoneta, and Grace (Francis) Carmean, St. Marys; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are siblings, Roland Stienecker, Merlin Stienecker, Vernon Stienecker, Edith Rosengarden and Bernice Smith; two grandchildren; and one stepgranddaughter.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys. She was a homemaker and had been employed at Goodyear Tire and Rubber, St. Marys, the Cotton Mill, St. Marys, and Huffy Manufacturing, Celina.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. Ed Bray officiating. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the church memorial fund or to St. Rita's Hospice.
