* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Bader
Dorothy J. Bader, 81, Rockford, died at 1:24 p.m. Sept. 17, 2011, at The Gardens in Celina.
She was born Jan. 9, 1930, in Mercer County to Edwin and Frona Bollenbacher. On Feb. 28, 1953, she married Robert E. Bader, who died April 18, 2005.
Surviving are two sons, Art Bader, Rockford, and Jim (Lori) Bader, Celina; a sister, Donna Bollenbacher, Rockford; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Herb Bollenbacher; and a sister, Mildred Brehm.
She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Liberty Township, where she served on the church council and was secretary of the church finance committee. She was retired from CTS, Berne, Ind., where she worked in the quality control area. She also was a partner in a catering business.
She was a member of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce and volunteered at Parkway schools athletic functions.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Randy Swanson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour before service at the church.
Memorials may be made to State of Heart Hospice or to the church.
