* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jeanette Hegemier
Jeanette A. Rump Hegemier, 99, New Bremen, died at 2:25 p.m. Jan. 18, 2011, at the Heritage Manor Nursing Center in Minster.
She was born Feb. 26, 1911, in New Bremen, to Frederick and Flora Wehrman Gruebmeyer. On March 3, 1929, she married Walter Rump, who died in December 1967. In July 1971, she married Leo Hegemier, who died in September 1981.
Surviving are three sons, Vernon (Betty) Rump, Muncie, Ind., Donald Rump, Sidney, and Robert (Linda) Rump, New Bremen; a brother, Wilbur Gruebmeyer, New Bremen; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Imogene Rump; a brother, Leonard Gruebmeyer; and a sister, Velma Rump.
She was a member of the St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen. She retired from Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial is at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the church memorial fund.
Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen is handling the arrangements.
