* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Luella Amstutz
Luella Amstutz, 92, Berne, Ind., died at 8:25 a.m. Jan. 17, 2011, at the Swiss Village in Berne, Ind.
She was born Dec. 19, 1918, in Celina to Ralph and Martha Cordier Monroe. On Dec. 14, 1947, she married Walter Amstutz, who is deceased.
Surviving is a son, John (Arlene) Amstutz, Geneva, Ind.; two sisters, Luetta Hill, Celina, and Marjorie (Rudy) Brehm, Celina; a son-in-law, Virg Gierhart, Bryant, Ind.; and two grandchildren.
Also deceased is a daughter, J. Suzanne Gierhart; two brothers, Irvin and Clifford Monroe; six sisters, Helen Monroe, Opal Robbins, Beulah Fennig, Bernice Monroe, Ruth Powell and Lela Snider; and a grandson.
She was a co-owner of Berne Hardware Co. in Berne, Ind. She also had worked at the Karsch Stone Company in Celina.
Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. today at the Swiss Village Chapel in Berne, Ind., the Rev. Anita Rediger officiating. Burial is at MRE Cemetery.
Memorials may be left at Swiss Village Samaritan Fund or the Craig Amstutz Scholarship Fund.
