Lester Bogle
Lester "Bud" Bogle, 80, Celina, died at 3:41 a.m. Jan. 18, 2011, in Celina.
He was born April 9, 1930, in Harrison County, Pa., to Lester and Florence Cambell Bogle. On Nov. 2, 1951, he married Marilyn Hole, who died Oct. 18, 2009.
Surviving is a son, Jerry (Emiy) Markle, San Jose, Calif.; a sister, Charlotte Miller, Cocoa Beach, Fla.; and two granddaughters.
Also deceased are a son, Michael Bogle; an infant daughter; and a brother, Kenneth Bogle.
He retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the Celina American Legion. He was a horse race enthusiast.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
