* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ivo Huelskamp
St. Peter native Ivo "Steve" Huelskamp, 81, Topeka, Kan., died Dec. 13, 2010.
He was born April 26, 1929, in St. Peter to Joseph and Anne Jutte Huelskamp. On May 25, 1950, he married Norma Reinhart, who survives.
Also surviving is a daughter, Deborah (Dan) Bartuccio, Topeka; two sons, Steven Huelskamp and Joseph Huelskamp; two sisters, Ethel Borger and Delores Lange; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are seven siblings, Celesta, Virgil, Wilma, Sister Ann Margaret, Norma, Urbie and Margie.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and served in the Korean War. He worked as an industrial electrician for Goodyear Tire & Rubber, St. Marys, for 40 years. He was a member of the Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Topeka, the Veteran's of Foreign Wars, Knights of Columbus #534 and the United Steelworkers Union.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial is at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Topeka.
Calling is 4:30-7 p.m. Sunday at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home in Topeka. Daughters of Isabella will pray a rosary at 4:30 p.m. and a parish rosary will be prayed at 5:30 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the church or the Marion Clinic in care of the funeral home.
