* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Michael Will
Michael L. Will, 59, New Bremen, died at 4:38 p.m. Dec. 14, 2010, at the Cleveland Clinic.
He was born June 27, 1951, in Celina to Louis and Marie Heitkamp Will. His father is deceased and his mother survives in New Bremen. On July 1, 1972, he married Connie Wente, who also survives.
Also surviving are three children, Todd (Jennifer) Will, Middletown, Trisha (Brian) Roth, Toledo, and Tracy (Nathan) Pool, Perrysburg; two brothers, Gene (Betty) Will, Minster, and Nick (Peg) Will, Worthington; a sister, Cindy (Bill) Young, New Bremen; and three grandchildren.
He was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen and worked for 38 years in the test engineering department at Crown Equipment Corporation, also in New Bremen.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach officiating. Burial is at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen.
