* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Hammitt
Former Rockford and Celina resident, Helen L. Hammitt, 67, died Oct. 24, 2010, at Golden Living Center in St. Marys.
She was born July 7, 1943, in Portland, Ind., to Ralph and Betty Fowler Champ. She married Lanny Hammitt, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Kristy (Shawn) Fannon, St. Marys, Rita Hammit, St. Marys, and Stacey Hammitt, Celina; a son, Bryan Hammitt, Michie, Tenn.; three sisters, Judy (Paul) Bow, Muncie, Ind., Linda (Rod) Thobe, Fort Recovery, and Cindy Smith, Mendon; two brothers, Sam (Josephine) Smith Jr., Portland, and Stanley Smith, Portland; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She attended Portland High School in Portland. She worked for Celina Insurance Group for seven years.
Funeral services are 7 p.m. Wednesday at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland, Ind. Burial is at Gravel Hill Cemetery outside Bryant, Ind., at a later date.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Grand Lake Hospice.
