* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leo Dietz
Leo N. Dietz, 86, St. Marys, died at 1:02 a.m. Oct. 25, 2010, at Golden Living Center-Valley in St. Marys.
He was born April 18, 1924, in Auglaize County to Louis and Elizabeth Yahl Dietz. On July 16, 1949, he married Mary A. Bruggeman, who died Oct. 28, 2008.
Surviving are four children, Rebecca (Raymond) Broerman, Yorkshire, Timothy (Anita Hartley) Dietz, Springboro, Cynthia (Lynn) Sawmiller, St. Marys, and Loraine (Tom) Bernard, Maria Stein; six siblings, Leonard (Velma) Dietz, St. Marys, Theresa Case, St. Marys, Anna Marie (Don) Steinke, St. Marys, Herman (Eileen) Dietz, St. Marys, Lawrence (Karen) Dietz, Wapakoneta, and Allen (Connie) Dietz, Celina; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two sisters and their spouses, Blanche and Roman Poeppelman and Margaret and Vic Overman, and a brother-in-law, Bill Case.
He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys where he worked as a press operator. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served in the European Theatre during World War II. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Veteran's of Foreign Wars Post 9289, American Legion Post 323 and Eagles Lodge Aerie 767, all in St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial with graveside rites are at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:15-10:15 a.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association PSA #3.
