* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Newell Neuman
Former Coldwater resident Newell Azile Neuman, 98, of Beavercreek died May 13, 2010, at Sterling House of Beavercreek.
She was born Oct. 3, 1911 in Greenville, Ky. to James K. and Mary Polk Hahn. She married Kermit Neuman, who is deceased.
Surviving are her children, Marilyn Reid and K. William (Sharon) Neuman; three sisters, Anne Caselli, Martha Bengston and Billie Archer; three brothers, Warden Hahn, Dr. Wallace Hahn and Robert Hahn; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, James Hahn.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Service is 11 a.m. Monday at Tobias Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral Home.
