* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eual Neal
Eual Richard "Red" Neal, 97, Venedocia, died at 5:20 a.m. May 14, 2010, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
He was born Dec. 31, 1912, in Thompsonville, Ill., to Aaron and Nobia Otterson Neal. On June 29, 1958, he married Rosy E. Bowman, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Howard Neal, Michigan, and Curtis Neal, Washington; three daughters, Nila (Eric) Dull, Venedocia, Tina Neal, North Lewisberg, and Sandra Gurtner, Botkins; a brother, Rosco Neal, Benton, Ill.; a sister, Dorothy Biegler, Evansville, Ind.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Jim, Harvey and Oakly Neal, and one sister, Goldie Braden.
He was a pipe fitter for more than 40 years at Babcock and Wilcox and was a boiler maker for more than 15 years. A farmer, he also welded for the New York Central Railroad. He was a member of Van Wert Apostolic Church.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Revs. Robert Frake and Eric Dull officiating. Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Neal Cemetery, Logan Ill.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and one hour prior to service Tuesday.
