* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Homan
Donald J. Homan, 74, of Burrville Road, Coldwater, died May 14, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
He was born May 25, 1935, in St. Anthony to Joseph and Appollonia Stammen Homan. On Sept. 28, 1957, he married Marilyn Frey, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are 10 children, Becky (Paul) Overman, Fort Loramie, Richard Homan, Celina, Dennis (Mary) Homan, Portland, Ind., Rolly (Brenda) Homan, Coldwater, Joe (Diane) Homan, Coldwater, Mike (Holly) Homan, Sugarhill, Ga., Russell (Lori) Homan, Coldwater, Ruth (Bill) Siefring, Fort Recovery, Rodney (Cindy) Homan, Fort Recovery, and Roman Homan, Coldwater; siblings, Bernice (Walter) Frey, Osgood, Mary Ann Young, Huntington, Ind., Joan (Jim) Pleiman, Cassella; a sister-in-law, Pat Homan, Lima; and 21 grandchildren.
Deceased are siblings, Lillian Flatt, Delores Replogle, Jean Homan, Zeno Homan and Hilbert Homan.
He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. He was in the U.S. Army serving in Germany in 1956. He worked at the former New Idea plant in Coldwater for 49 years and farmed.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorial may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
