* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Miller
James A. (Jim) Miller, 72, Hicksville, died May 12, 2010, at Hickory Creek in Hicksville.
He was born June 18, 1937, in Fort Recovery, to William and Olivia Schoen Miller. On Aug. 25, 1962, he married Ann Koesters, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Cindy (Kashem) Sarker, Fort Wayne, Ind., Kristina Miller, Hicksville, and Sheila Miller, Stryker; four sons, Randy (Sue) Miller, Hicksville, Kevin (Stephanie) Miller and Dan Miller, all of Auburn, Ind., and Dennis (Ricci) Miller, Delaware; three sisters, four brothers; 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant son, Rodney Lee, and one brother.
He worked at International Harvester in Fort Wayne, Ind. and served in the U.S. Army from 1957-1959. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Hicksville, the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion Post 223 and Right to Life. He was also a Little League coach for 17 years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Stephen Schroeder officiating. Burial is at Forest Home Cemetery in Hicksville.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today at Smith & Brown Funeral Home in Hicksville, with a wake service at 7:30 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Northwestern Ohio Chapter.
