* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Zoe Crider
Zoe Ilene Michele Crider, 10, Mendon, died May 12, 2010, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born Oct. 7, 1999, in St. Marys, to Sean and Elizabeth Krick Crider. Sean Crider survives in Rockford, and Elizabeth Krick survives in Mendon.
Also surviving are a brother, Zachary Crider, Mendon; maternal grandparents, Lowell (Martha) Krick, Mendon; paternal grandparents Bob and Deb Crider, Delphos, and Jan and Glen Trogdlon, Spencerville; and a paternal great-grandmother, Kathleen Fox, Celina.
Deceased are maternal great-grandparents Henry and Marcile Krick and Ralph and Phyllis Rasawuhr, and paternal great-grandparents Bill and Jessie Crider and Lewis Fox.
She was a fourth grade student at Parkway Elementary School and attended Mendon First Church of God.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Mendon First Church of God, the Rev. Dean Bruce, officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. today at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Mendon, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
